To Whom it May Concern,
There is a proposed In and Out location at the corner of Ten Mile and Lost Rapids in Meridian. This is the
same area as Costco, Olivia apartments and many other businesses. We live in the Bainbridge
development and feel that this location would create more congestion at the ingress/egress to Costco,
the other businesses and Olivia apartments. It is already becoming difficult to enter that road during
peak shopping hours.
Our concern is about safety, noise levels at night and the increased traffic at this corner. There are
several fast food restaurants at this location, already.
Because of these concerns, we are not in favor of a business at that location that brings a
significant amount of traffic or late hours of operation. We have nothing against this business and would
love to see them at a different location.
