Please note my opposition of the request to build an In & Out at the corner of Ten Mile and Lost Rapids in
Meridian. This location would be disastrous to the surrounding homes and current businesses in the
area. The area is already completely jammed with traffic. The hours the restaurant will be open will
adversely affect the owners and renters as well. It is obvious the restaurant would be successful and
appreciated in the area, but it needs to be located in an area that does not impact the residential areas in
such a negative way.
Please keep this in mind when making your decision. If you lived in this area, you would be completely
opposed as well.
