BALDCYPRESS STREET ON LOT 1, BLOCK 1, SMITCHGER SUBDIVISION NORTH, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on March 25, 2025 the City Council of the City of Meridian held a hearing on the vacation of a portion of the existing city water easement generally located on the northern portion of the property adjacent to W. Baldcypress Street on Lot 1, Block 1, Smitchger Subdivision North; and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That a portion of the existing city water easement generally located on the northern portion of the property adjacent to W. Baldcypress Street on Lot 1, Block 1, Smitchger Subdivision North, as fully described in Exhibit "A", is hereby vacated. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 8th day of April, 2025.
