My staff report is due to the City Clerk tomorrow and you did not tell me to proceed so I did not continue work on
th
this item. At this point I will need to continue hearing until the next hearing date which is May 6 as we discussed
previously. We don’t know what ITD is asking for with the modification and have run out of time.
Let me know your thoughts.

See below - I had an encouraging call with Kendra, and she thought that ITD may consider reverting to its previous
condition which included a ROW, but NOT a deceleration lane.
She said she would get back to me earlier next week. I wanted to keep you in the loop.

Please see below. The current MDA application is for the same project that IDT commented on in 2022. We have
not changed the plans, unit count, etc. Our hope is that ITD will honor the previous comments without imposing
the new condition for the deceleration lane, as this would have a material impact on the project. If IDT would
please resend the current comment letter and match the previous conditions from 2022 that would be greatly
appreciated.
