At this point I will need to continue hearing until the next hearing date which is May 6 as we discussed previously. The current MDA application is for the same project that IDT commented on in 2022. We have not changed the plans, unit count, etc. Our hope is that ITD will honor the previous comments without imposing the new condition for the deceleration lane, as this would have a material impact on the project. If IDT would please resend the current comment letter and match the previous conditions from 2022 that would be greatly appreciated.
