I live at 4390 W Lost Rapids Dr, Meridian. I am VERY OPPOSED to proposed In and Out on the
corner of Ten Mile and Lost Rapids Dr. The increased traffic is a concern and a safety issue
and I do not feel that the proposed lot can support the amount of traffic we have seen at
other In and Out locations in the valley. With 2 parks near that intersection there is already a
traffic issue at many times of the year. The late hours are a concern as well.
Please deny In and Outs request! We hope they can find another location not linked to a
residential neighborhood!
