Subject:In and Out Burger on 10 Mile Road

I am a resident of the Cadence at Bainbridge 55+ community. I also oppose the construction of the In and
Out Burger proposed at the 10 Mile and Lost Rapids intersection in Meridian.
All of the opposed reasons I agree with, but in addition is that the location will be too close to residential
housing. There is a safety factor for the children of families living in the area with the increase in traffic.
My grandchildren live across the proposed location.
The other three In and Out Burgers at the Milwaukee, Fairview and Nampa locations are further from
family residential housing. Building at another location would be greatly appreciated.
