I am pe??oning you to please not allow the I&O Burger loca?on near the intersec?on of Ten Mile & Lost Rapids in Meridian. This would be a huge mistake. I don’t know how I&O came up with the metrics that determined this loca?on would be a good one but I’m be?er their data is either flawed or skewed to their benefit. Access to the Costco parking lot on Ten Mile is already a traffic issue and ge?ng worse. Access to Costco from Ten Mile is so bad that people can’t get in or out. They are instead using the Lost Rapids street and entering on the south side of Costco. This traffic, combined with the traffic from the new apartment buildings built just south of Costco is adversely affec?ng access to the Bainbridge neighborhood along Lost Rapids St. If I&O is allowed to build on the proposed corner, traffic will be absolute chaos. Bainbridge residences will have severe conges?on trying to access the neighborhood. You will be forced to add another stop light at the Costco Ten Mile entrance and that will give us 2 stop lights that are about 100? apart. I strongly oppose the proposed I&O loca?on and I hope you will be also. There are plenty of other businesses that don’t have what is probably the highest traffic pa?ern of any Fast Food business in Boise. Please do not allow this. It is truly a very very bad loca?on. I think Costco is nuts for even thinking about allowing this because frankly, it won’t be worth figh?ng the traffic to get to Costco anymore. And I know I’m not alone in that opinion so Costco will likely lose customers. Thank you! Russ Koyle 208-884-4991 1
