Greetings, In regard to the upcoming P&Z Meeting. INO clearly did not hear or listen to the super majority of People/Residents in this area on the first "call" last fall (2024) that DO NOT want this traffic, safety and smell nightmare in our neighborhood(s)! This neighborhood (not commercial zone) is so congested already that putting an INO will only exacerbate and needlessly create safety hazards for people. Why? As if we don't have enough of these places already. Just look at what is going on in Nampa. It's a disaster! No, this just comes down to greed and exploitation not necessity. There are literally open lots about a mile down the road in the same location as the Winco that would be better suited for a place like INO. How any of these INO Corp. heads think this is a good idea just confirms why we will not let this happen. Just an awful decision that lacks intelligence or caring for the people here. They don't care regardless of the nonsense stating they want to 'work with the community'. Give me a break! Furthermore, to hear that "INO" has done a traffic pattern survey is like inmates running the asylum. Of course it's going to favor what they want. On any given day driving in the area is bad enough with what is already established. Anyone that has a functioning brain stem knows this to be true. On top of the fact that they clearly don't understand we DO NOT want a burger joint open until 2am! They want exemptions? No, they are exploiting. The hubris. Everything about this does not work for us. The people that live here. We are a HARD NO! If for some reason INO does not relent or somehow gets approval we will campaign and make sure the business gets closed down. David Siegel 3688 W Sunny Cove Ln Meridian ID 83646 1
