This note is in regards to In & Out requesting permission to purchase a parcel next to the Costco at Ten
Mile & Lost Rapids for the purpose of opening and operating an In & Out restaurant / drive through at that
location. While we feel that this company provides a good product, this location is just the wrong
location. Not only is this a very residential-intense area, but also the location of Bird Park and Hero's
Park create additional traffic and children, as well as the very heavy traffic from Costco (both customer’s
vehicles and Costco delivery trucks) at that site. We respectively request that the In & Out request to
purchase this specific parcel be denied…we are sure that there are other locations in Meridian that
would better suit the traffic needs of this organization. Thank you, Chuck & Diane
