Subject:IN AND OUT BURGER LOCATION OFF LOST RAPIDS

I am opposed to the In and Out burger location being approved.
In addition to the noise and traffic concerns, this residential area does not need another Fast Food
operation. Businesses such as a Health Food store, UPS type shipping location, Hair and Beauty
businesses, Dry cleaners, small Breakfast or lunch businesses will better suit the needs of the area.
I believe the traffic study is flawed and the hours of operation, drive thru and noise in addition to the large
volume of traffic will make the area prone to more accidents, causing an impact to the life style of nearby
residents.
