Hello,
I am writing to you in hopes that our concerns will be heard and listened to about the proposed In and Out
coming to our neighborhood. I do like the restaurant and its values but I strongly Oppose this location. I live in
Bainbridge directly by the proposed location. This would be a detriment to our neighborhood. The traffic is
already very congested coming out of Costco on Lost Rapids. There are several near misses and car
accidents there daily, I was hit there a few months back from someone turning out of Costco. I worry about
the late nights, the noise, lights and extra traffic it will bring in. The wait in the driveway thru line is going to
back up on 10 Mile or Lost Rapids causing major traffic concerns for an already congested area. The
customer flow and traffic study In and out provided does not include any residential neighborhoods and the
traffic study was done on a day in December. Keith Bird park is very active in the spring, summer, and fall
bringing in already extra traffic.
A location not in residential would be much better suited for this kind of establishment.
Please keep our neighborhood safe and decline this location for In and Out
