Subject:Proposed In & Out Burger Location

My name is Rigo Delgadillo and I am a homeowner in the Bainbridge subdivision which is located to the
southwest of the proposed In & Out location. My address information is below. There is no way that this
location is suitable for an In & Out burger. It is primarily a residential area.
The so called "traffic study" that was conducted is not even close to accurate. Anyone who lives in this
area or drives this area regularly could tell you that the intersection of Ten Mile and Lost Rapids would
not even come close to handling the volume of traffic that the In & Out would generate. It's difficult
enough to drive through this area with the Costco location. This is my primary route of ingress/egress
from the subdivision and would become a nightmare. There is a city part located along Lost Rapids
which already causes traffic problems due to inadequate parking. I have counted as many as 40 vehicles
parked in the bicycle lanes during little league type of practices. You'll only add to the problem and
elevate safety risks for children, seniors, and members of this community.
Don't forget that there's already a burger place in that area. There's also a large gas station going in at the
northern dead end of Ten Mile. This specific location is not suited ble for the traffic it already
experiences.
I am also concerned about the late hours kept by In & Out burger.
Please do not approve the request. My wife and I are both adamantly opposed to this business at this
location. Find a better spot in NW Meridian.
