At your request, I will reserve the name Apex Northwest Subdivision No.6 to include Parcels R7824251260,
51131427850, S1131131675 and S1131244501 all located in T3N, R1E, 5.31, Meridian for your project. I can honor this
reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat
is recorded with the following condition:
Apex Northwest Sub No.4 and Sub 5 must be recorded before this phase can be recorded.
If there are multiple owners then all owners must sign the plat.
