To The City of Meridian,
We adamantly oppose the building In and Out on the corner of on 10 mile and Lost Rapids in Meridian.
We live in the Bainbridge Subdivision on Sunny Cove St.
We walk to the Keith Bird Legacy Park every day and the intersection at Lost Rapids and Tree Farm is
already a very busy street. Also, there are MANY younger children that play at the park and walk to the
park. Having the street there so busy could endanger many lives.
Also, the late hours In and Out will have is not right and not considerate for the neighbors that are backed
up to Lost Rapids. After in and Out closes there will be many delivery trucks coming and going.
What about the traffic coming down 10 mile along Heroes Park? Many sports and many sport teams with
young children play at that park. There will be much more traffic along that street which will also
endanger children’s lives walking across our Bainbridge subdivision to the park.
There are many other sites that In and Out would thrive on down Chinden and down 10 mile just a mile or
2 away.
Thank you,
Steve and Mary Vint
