We love In & Out Burger, but definitely not located in our neighborhood.
The proposed location is already ‘over-planned’ resulting in heavy car traffic most times of the
day. Locating an In & Out Burger store will absolutely swing a much greater proportion of traffic down
Lost Rapid Road to re-enter Chinden. We have watched this happen with Costco customers on busy
Friday's, Saturday’s and Sunday’s. This escape pattern becomes a drag-strip past our neighborhood
park where both children and seniors walk and ride bikes.
We enjoy In & Out Burger, but expect them to be located near busy highways or larger shopping centers
with much easier and safer access. You don’t need to bring In & Out Burger to a neighborhood that
generally likes to quiet down after dark.
We are strongly opposed!
