Hi there Gregory and Dorothea Agius from 5972 N Lichfield Ave, Meridian, ID 83646. We live less than a mile from the proposed In N Out in the Bainbridge Neighborhood. We are In N Out fans actually but I do have concerns about adding one in this location because the traffic from Costco is already creating traffic problems that would be made worse by the addition of In n Out. Specifically, the intersection with Ten Mile and Lost Rapids is the entry into our neighborhood. Numerous accidents have already resulted in severe injuries due to heavy traffic and the high speed, especially as people try to turn left and cross traffic heading south from Chinden. It's another topic, but the stretch of Ten Mile between Chinden and Lost Rapids needs to have its speed reduced! Its also a major pedestrian crossing for folks going to Heroes Park. The traffic problem is also acute on Lost Rapids at the Costco exit next to the Olivia apartments. Traffic from Costco customers often cuts off people trying to go further down Lost Rapids as they attempt to turn out to Ten Mile. This has caused me issues both coming home and leaving. An In n Out at this location would seem to us to only make these already bad problems worse. Thank you -- Greg Agius 310-923-5313 1
