Hi,
I live in the Bainbridge community at 4088 W Sunny Cove Street. While I love the food at In-N-
Out, putting it in our neighborhood next to Costco is a huge disservice for our community
and the neighboring communities. It will create noise and lights and traffic late into the night,
and a ton of traffic on the quiet road of Tree Farm that is used by everyone in our
neighborhood. There are so many other better options like Orchard Park right down the road
that would not create a problem for the nearby residential areas. Please please consider
moving the location. For the reasons mentioned above and others I would kindly ask that
you consider this and not put this restaurant next to Costco.
