I am writing to express my support for the proposed In - N - Out location on T� Ii(g Q�doFFICE
particularly in light of the comprehensive traffic study results .
The traffic study conducted by a reputable firm clearly demonstrates that this development
would not create significant traffic impacts on surrounding roadways . This evidence - based
approach to planning reflects responsible development that considers neighborhood concerns
while meeting community needs .
Notably, the proposed drive -through lane capacity of 29 vehicles exceeds the 95th percentile of
the busiest times for all In - N -Out locations , including existing local establishments . This
thoughtful design ensures that even during peak periods , customer vehicles will remain
contained within the property rather than spilling onto public streets .
These findings illustrate how the proposal has been carefully engineered to integrate
seamlessly into our existing infrastructure while providing valuable service to our community
members .
