The proposed operating hours until 1 AM would provide a crucial service to our first responders ,
healthcare professionals , and public safety employees who often work unconventional hours .
These dedicated individuals deserve access to quality dining options after completing shifts that
keep our community safe and functioning .
Additionally, many hospitality workers , distribution center employees , and service industry staff
complete their shifts when most restaurants have already closed . By approving this
development , Meridian would demonstrate its commitment to supporting all members of our
workforce , including those who work behind the scenes during late hours .
The addition of In - N - Out would not only serve these workers but would enhance our city' s
