I am writing to voice my support for the proposed In - N -Out restaurant on Tern, -Mile: Roast in:
Meridian .
Our city thrives thanks to countless workers who maintain essential services during evening and
overnight hours . The proposed operating hours until 1 AM would directly benefit :
• First responders and emergency personnel
• Healthcare workers on evening and night shifts
• Public safety employees maintaining our community' s security
• Hotel and hospitality staff serving visitors to our city
• Distribution center workers supporting our supply chain
• Restaurant staff finishing late shifts
These hardworking community members often have limited dining options after their shifts end .
The proposed In - N - Out would fill this gap , providing fresh food when most other establishments
have closed .
By approving this development , Meridian has an opportunity to recognize and support these
vital workers who contribute significantly to our community ' s well - being and economic strength .
