I oppose this location choice. Truthfully, the infrastructure can’t handle the amount of traffic. I’ve seen this exact thing happen from the place we moved from in CA. We chose this location in Meridian because it reminded us of Roseville, CA, a “feel” of a small town gem. Now you want to change it into big rat race CA! In all the states I’ve lived in, I’ve never seen this establishment in a mainly residential area. You have to consider that for your tax payers. This establishment should be in a retail based area. For example Ten Mile Crossing. Why not hold off until the big retail development off Ten Mile is in action? I feel this location choice is greedy. A new housing development is going in off Ten Mile and McMillian that is only going to impact infrastructure even more! Please consider a different location. Don’t negatively impact Lost Rapids and the neighboring areas. R. Cardoza 3833 W Ladle Rapids St Meridian, ID 83646 1
