Hello,
I am writing in strong opposition of putting an In and Out on the corner of Ten Mile near
Costco. I live at 3455 W Wolf Rapids Dr, Meridian ID 83646 and see on a daily basis the traffic
congestion and high volume of accidents that are occurring in this area. I never would have
bought my house here in 2020 had I fully understood what the City of Meridian had in their
plans to squeeze into this area. To add anything in this corner will be too much, but
especially a burger place that is known for extremely high traffic that stay opens until 2am!
That is unfair to all of us! I am asking for you to deny their request and have In and Out move
even a mile or so down the road to protect the many residents of several neighborhoods
from the disruption and safety hazard that a fast food joint such as In and Out will cause if
allowed to occupy in a space that doesn’t have enough parking or room to flow their
endless traffic . The accidents are already horrible, I can’t even imagine what they will be
with this being allowed. I ask you to take considerations of people over big business.
