I am a home owner in the Bainbridge neighborhood. I am very concerned about the
negative impact to our neighborhood if In and Out is allowed to build at this entrance by
Costco. We already are dealing with all the increased traffic from Costco and other stores
on that corner. There seems to be better property options up Ten Mile that would not have a
negative impact on a neighborhood.
Please say no to this location and yes to a better one in a commercial area.
