I am emailing to express my, along with many of my neighbors opinion that the plan to build
an In and Out Burger at the corn of Lost Rapids and Ten Mile is a bad idea.
Although the location seems practical for the area with the Costco and surrounding
residential area this will cause a significant influx of traffic to the area. We know this by the
additional traffic that the recently built In and Out Burger caused at the Village Shops.
Please find an alternative area like Linder Chinden where the area is better set up to handle
the influx of traffic.
