I am writing to you to express my concerns with the proposed project at the corner of Ten Mile and Lost
Rapids in Meridian. My wife and I moved to Meridian in 2014 and at that time Chinden Boulevard and Ten
Mile Road were 2-lane country roads, every day was like a Sunday ride, and we literally lived on the edge of a
corn field, those days are just memories now! There have been many accidents at the controlled intersection
at Ten Mile and Lost Rapids and at the Costco entrance on Ten Mile. I am concerned that there will be more
incidents if In-N-Out is constructed on that corner, traffic in the area will increase as a result. Some say this is
progress, I say it's poor planning!
