I’ve lived in Cadence of Bainbridge for 2 year now. The traffic had become very busy. There’s a lot of business in one general area. I have concerns that we won’t be able to get on to Lost Rapids from our subdivision and the noise level with be even louder. With the traffic from games in the park, Costco and all the other businesses it is already busy. It would be nice to have a traffic study to see how we will be affected by all the growth. How would you like to have an in-n-out in your back yard? Please consider this very carefully and see if there might be another place for a very busy hamburger business like in-n-out.
