Dear Sir or Madam:
As an authorized agent of The Schwan Food Company, CTA Architects Engineers is herby
submitting Construction Documents for a 7,510 sq. ft. office/warehouse/distribution facility for
Schwan's Consumer Brands Division. The building is to be constructed on lot 10, Block 1 in the
Murdoch Subdivision No.2. Both lots 9 & 10 are identically zoned and owned by The Schwan
Food Company.
.
The project site abuts commercial properties on three sides and the south border is easily accessed
from E. Watertower St. The two lots are currently zoned as CG whereby a Flex Space is an
allowable use and was subsequently reviewed and approved by Sonya Waltters and Anna
Borchers in the Planning Department. The property is well suited for the proposed facility. Its
adjacency to the existing Schwan's Home Service Facility directly to the north would deem it a
very efficient use oflarl'd.
This narrative completes our formal Certificate of Zonmg Compliance application submittal.

Mounting Plate: Mounting plate attaches directly to any standard 4" jundion box.
All moonting plates are die-cast aluminum with reinforced ribs, Two studs are provided in each
plate with flange nuts to allow fixture mounting by keyhole slots. Sealant must be applied (by
others) Qetween mounting plate and mountin,g surface to insure a dry jundion box.
Finish/Color: Super TGIC thermoset poryester powder coat paint, 2.5 mil nominal
