The project site abuts commercial properties on three sides and the south border is easily accessed from E. Watertower St. The two lots are currently zoned as CG whereby a Flex Space is an allowable use and was subsequently reviewed and approved by Sonya Waltters and Anna Borchers in the Planning Department. The property is well suited for the proposed facility. Its adjacency to the existing Schwan's Home Service Facility directly to the north would deem it a very efficient use oflarl'd.
