To whom it may concern,
I am writing as a concerned citizen that lives in the Bainbridge community off of Lost Rapids
and Ten mile. I have been informed that you are considering putting an In and Out on that
corner. There are several reasons why I am opposed to this, First I am concerned about the
traffic. It’s already a mess out there and this can only make it worse. With new developments
going in by Walmart I’m sure the traffic will only increase that much more.
Second, the hours, open till 1am on week nights and 1:30am on weekends. I live right behind
that church on Ten mile and feel that the noise level would be a problem in the late hours
especially in the summer.
Lastly, I am concerned that with In and out open so late Costco will want to ask that they
can have later deliveries causing more noise especially for those that live next to Costco.
