Subject:In and Out Burgers on 10 mile road

We are not against In and Out just where they are proposing to build it. The location next to
Costco, next to apartments, next to several small business and across the street from the LDS
church is going to create a nightmare for traffic and parking all around the area. It is
already tough for traffic with Costco and other shops by it. Please vote no on this location
and encourage a larger area with better street access and parking as well as not so close to
the residential area.
