Subject:Vote No on the Proposal to build In & Out at Los Rapids Dr and Ten Mile Rd

My wife and I do not want an In & Out Burger at the corner of Ten Mile Road and Los Rapids Drive.
1) The traffic at that intersecon will be adversely affected. We are already being delayed at the intersecon due to the
current businesses at the Costco complex, Bainbridge homes, the Olivia apartments, and LDS Church. In and Out draws
an enormous amount of traffic as witnessed at the locaon at the Meridian Village.
2) There is already a burger place and other restaurants in the Costco shopping complex and another nearly completed
at Chinden and Ten Mile.
Please find another locaon and do not approve the In & Out be built at this locaon.
