this project, the Mayor and Council are prohibited from conversations unless on the official record in the public
forum. I understand that the application for this project is next heard at the Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 6:00pm.

Message: I HAVE SEEN THE PLANS FOR THE 10 MILE/CHINDEN LOCATION. I FEEL THAT IT ADEQUATELY
ADDRESSES TRAFFIC CONCERNS BY PROVIDING AN AMPLE AMOUNT OF ROOM IN A PARKING LOT TO
TAKE IN THE CUSTOMERS. I ALSO FEEL THAT WITH THE OPENING OF THIS LOCATION, IT WILL LESSEN
THE TRAFFIC AT THE VILLAGE LOCATION, WHICH WILL BE A WIN / WIN FOR BOTH LOCATIONS.
