Opinion:
The Olivia Apartments East side entrance next to the I & H buildings is already extremely busy due to the
Costco traffic and difficult to pull in and out of. It's also very congested just north at the Eastern 3-way
stop entering Costco from Ten Mile Rd. I cannot even imagine what it would be like with the addition of an
In-N-Out. Laughable actually. This particular corner lot location at Ten Mile & Lost Rapids is overall just
not designed correctly to accommodate an In-N-Out. It would be a major disturbance all together
between traffic and late hours. It's also too close to so much combined housing off Ten Mile road. Push
In-N-Out to a location down Ten Mile road that is a more commercial focused lot and designed to handle
the volume of traffic. I have owned 5 restaurant/service establishments of my own in San Diego where In-
N-Out exists, and I can tell you that one at this particular location is a bad idea and will sprout many
different problems you haven't even thought of yet.
Thank you.
