I ' m writing to express my excitement for the proposed rr 1VITYEiJ N -

Out Burger location . Myself , and many of my neighbors , are highly
supportive of this project as it would bring In - N - Out closer to us and help
alleviate the busy atmosphere of the other locations in Treasure Valley.
Boise , and Idaho in general , has seen explosive growth through the last
few years and I know some of us locals are tired of rising home prices and
increased traffic on the 84 freeway. However, In - N -Out is a valued company
who contributes well to their host communities . Speaking as a night owl , In -
N - Out is often the only place in town who is open late . I would be over the
C moon patronizing this new location . Please approve this proposal !
