I believe the proposed increase in zoning density from R-8 to R-15 is excessive for this area and will 1 negatively impact the quality and safety of our neighborhood. I am particularly concerned about the impact on local traffic and street parking. The connector roads from the back neighborhoods to W. Waverton Dr. will likely see increased vehicle congestion, and the addition of more cars parked along these roads poses a significant safety hazard—especially to children who frequently play in these areas. Also, the street lights should also be rated for low lite pollution. I urge the Council to reconsider this proposal and prioritize our community's long-term safety and livability. Sincerely, Chase Taylor 2
