I am writing to express my enthusiastic support for the proposed In - N 66fYb16bU6K-bNr W, Mile
Road . This development represents a thoughtful addition to our community that addresses
multiple needs while ensuring responsible integration into our existing infrastructure . The late
operating hours until 1 AM would provide an invaluable service to our essential workers who
maintain critical functions throughout the night . Our first responders , healthcare professionals ,
public safety officers , and hospitality workers often complete their shifts when most dining
establishments have already closed . These dedicated individuals , who work tirelessly to keep
our community safe and functioning , deserve access to fresh food options that accommodate
their non -traditional schedules .
Equally important , the development has been carefully designed to respect neighborhood
concerns about traffic . A comprehensive study conducted by a reputable firm has confirmed that
this establishment would not significantly impact traffic flow on surrounding roadways . The
proposed drive -through capacity of 29 vehicles exceeds the 95th percentile of demand at all
In - N -Out locations , including those in our region . This ensures that even during peak business
I hours , all customer vehicles would remain contained within the property rather than creating
