PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
April 22, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the
following request(s):
H-2025-0009 Centrepointe Apartments: MDA to modify the existing Development Agreement (H-2022-
0035, Instrument # 2022-079000) for the existing 11.17 acres and create two (2) new agreements which
will allow each property to be developed independently, located at 3100 Centrepointe Way and 3030 N.
Cajun Ln. Applicant: Mike Maffia, MGM Meridian 2
H-2025-0011 Jump Time: Modified Development Agreement to modify the existing Development
Agreement (MDA-15-008, Inst.#2016-049722) to modify provision six (6) to remove "minor vehicle
repair" from the prohibited uses on the property, located at 2805 E. Franklin Rd. Applicant: Eric
Anderson
