Subject:Latitude Forty Three H-2024-0059 concerns

Hello,
I would like to voice my concerns as a home owner on Woodhaven Ave in Meridian.
Our home backs up to the currently empty lot that the proposed subdivision
Latitude Forty Three H-2024-0059 will occupy if allowed to proceed.
1.Traffic is the most concerning aspect of a subdivision going into this plot of land. I don’t have hard data
in front of me, but I believe the last traffic study was close to 2000 cars per day. That’s a lot of traffic
through our streets. I know there is not a good, fiscally responsible, method of solving this issue.
Nevertheless, it’s still an issue.
2. Privacy is important to me and my family. Having a shared fence line with all new neighbors will
introduce some privacy issues, even if minor, it’s still bring some of that into view.
3. Sharing a fence- if the new development plans on having a vinyl fence, I am vehemently opposed. We
have an existing wood fence and want to remain concurrent with our neighborhood and the HOA bylaws.
We also own a few inches of land that extends past our fence.
Thank you for your time
