I am writing to you concerning the development behind my home. I am wanting to know what the fence
situation will be. I would also like to know how much space there will be from the fence line to the new
home built and if the two story homes will have windows facing my backyard?
I also hope that the traffic situation will be taken into consideration. It is my understanding that there are
also plans to build condominiums on the other side of Wells which will add to the traffic coming through
Woodbridge to get to Locust Grove. I feel that the infrastructure in the area between Eagle Road and
Woodbridge does not support more residential growth.
