To whom it may concern,
I am a resident that lives in the adjacent property to the proposed Latitude 43 subdivision. Currently
myself and several other residents will be sharing a fence line with the proposed community. According
to the plans, no previsions have been made regarding the future of the fence line. I do not believe a
survey has been performed yet to clarify property lines. Our particular home has a large tree which
provides ample shade to us that borders both properties. The current survey pin indicates that the fence
was built several inches from the actual line. Due to this discrepancy, we believe that this shade tree
may in fact be on our property. The plans for the fence bordering ours or butting up with ours is never
mentioned. The prospective builders met with our community and when asked told us that they would
work on that later. I have attached a picture of the survey pin that we located behind our fence. Also the
tree in question. I will be requesting to speak on April 3 regarding my concerns and to seek clarification
and insight into these questions. I am emailing this information in the event that I am unable to speak
and to make you aware prior to the meeting of my concerns. Thank you for your time.
