The applicant for this project has requested more time to prepare for the public
hearing (see attached e-mail). Due to this request, staff is requesting that the
Commission open and continue the public hearing for the Waltman Property
Annexation (AZ-06-063) to the March 15, 2007 Commission hearing, to allow
the applicant more time to prepare for the public hearing.
