There are no Boise Project or Boise-Kuna Irrigation District facilities located on the above -
mentioned property, however it does in fact possess a valid water right. The Watkins Drain located
on this property is a private drain.
Per Idaho Statutes, Title 42, local irrigation drainage ditches that cross this property, to serve
neighboring properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement by
the landowner, developer and contractors.
