To Whom It may Concern:
RE; In-n-Out Burger being located at Ten Mile and Lost Rapids Near Costco.
Huge traffic build up at other locations, entrance and exit off Lost Rapids which goes by a neighborhood
park which is a school bus stop and location for several young childrens sports activities. This makes me
wonder what is more important, the child or the hamberger or the taxes.
Also consideration needs to be given to the foot traffic between the LDS church parking lot, appartments
and the In-n-Out Burger.
That corner is already congested. It seems that there is already enough fast food eating establishments
in this location. The street going off Lost Rapids into the Costco area is already congested on the
weekends so adding another huge draw at that corner would not be a good decision. It seems that there
are a lot of other locations for a busness of this size to locate where they have adaquate parking and
traffic concerns without ruining a neighborhood.
