To whom it may concern,
I have lived at the Olivia apartments for almost 3 years. Some of my concerns with the proposal of In and
Out is that the traffic is already congested around Costco and the apartment complex. I do have
concerns with In and Out being open until 2am. This attracts additional noise as well as lights into the
buildings. We have kids in the complex that like to ride their bikes and walk to the park. Please consider
a different location for this business.
