Hello.
You are receiving this email because you previously provided feedback regarding the Public Hearing for
In-N-Out Burger at Ten Mile CUP (H-2024-0058).
The application cannot be heard on April 3 as scheduled due to the hearing notice missing information.
New noticing will take place, including a new notice in the Idaho Press Tribune and mailing of postcards
to property owners in the required radius.
The application will be continued to April 17, 2025 at the same time and location.
