honor this reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can
only take place when the final plat is recorded.

Good morning Gregg,
Plats with primary name "Whiteacre" are already recorded, so proposed name White Acre Ranch cannot
be approved.
Also, Parcel S1131346650 was already included in a name reservation for Skyranch Subdivision,thru
Sawtooth Land Surveying, reserved on January 25, 2024. Please verify with Sawtooth, and both them
and you will need to let us know if the existing name reservation is being modified or if the project is
terminated.

Also,there will be two new roads needing name approval—am I correct to assume I need to use the
same method of approval as for subdivision name?
• East-west road accessed from S Sublimity Ave aligns with E. Escalation St. in Apex
Northwest Subdivision No.4 to the east, so we are proposing W. Escalation St.
• North -south road accessed from the above mentioned road with future connection to the
north,we do not have name options identified. Is there a list of road names in the county to
cross-check before we propose a name?
