To Whom It May Concern, I am a resident of Bainbridge and I do not believe the infrastructure is in place to support
this increase in traffic.
The following are my main concerns.
Current traffic study is current isn’t taking into account the population growth in the area.
o Less than a quarter of a mile is Adero Park, a proposed mixed use area.
o To the west of McMillan Road there are several new developments, increasing traffic further.
Ten Mile and W Lost Rapids safety
o The exit from Costco onto W Lost Rapids is already a dangerous intersection. With no turn off of W
Lost Rapids those cars exiting on W Lost Rapids pull into on coming traffic travelling WB on W Lost
Rapids.
o The turn lane SB on Ten Mile to W Lost Rapids allows only a handful of cars to turn right and will
back up traffic moving SB on Ten Mile.
o The opposite for NB. The turn lane NB on Ten Mile to W Lost Rapids already gets backed up to turn
left and will back up traffic moving SB on Ten Mile.
There are several open properties throughout this area and I believe that another area would be a better fit.
