In N Out Burger
I am writing to you to express my strong opposition to the proposed development of the In N Out Burger at the
intersection of Ten Mile and Lost Rapids .
As a member of this community there have been numerous accidents at this intersection. Our families, children riding
bikes, walkers , etc use this intersction to cross between residential communities to go to one of our two parks . With
the addition of much more traffic and the risk of people of all ages crossing the intersection to go to the parks creates
much more danger for accidents/injury or death.
Children riding their bikes and trying to cross an intersection with cars/trucks trying to make turns will be a serious
challenge for all involved.
I feel that to approve this In N Out Burger in the middle of a residential area is not wise or smart for the safety of our
famailies,children and all involved in the community. This intersection is at risk and danger to all with the added
hazard of much more problems and danger.
Our police force is short of men and to add more of a load to help for accidents, etc . would be an extra burden put on
our police departments as well as on the fire department .
Your not approving this In N Out Burger and moving it to I84 & Ten Mile would be a better option and away from
residential areas with homes and families .
