I have the following comments about the above hearing:
I live in Cadence at Bainbridge on Lost Rapids next to Costco. I am against the In and Out building at the proposed
Ten Mile location mostly due to the increase in traffic to the area. Now, if you are going north on Ten Mile and want
to left left onto Lost Rapids the current turn lane can only hold about 5 cars. After that the cars have to wait to turn in
the left hand lane of Ten Mile. It's a problem now and it will be a night mare if the traffic increases due to the In and
Out.
Also, if their parking lot gets full then people will probably park in the Costco parking lot or even worse the small lot
for the strip mall businesses.
Lastly, at our Zoom meeting a few months ago, the In and Out representative admitted that In and Out has never put
an operation in an area surrounded by a residential district. I do not want to be the beta sight for them to see if it'll
work.
Let them build in a business district like they have always done!!!
Thank you,
