Hi,
I would like to express my TOTAL DISAPPROVAL of In N Out receiving a permit for 10 Mile and Lost
Rapids. There is already a Burger King right in there by Costco and they were there first. Same kind of
food…we don’t need two burger joints. The traffic from the Costco development has decreased the
peace and safety of our neighborhood and In and Out will ruin it all together. Cars already drive quite fast
up Tree Farm and Lost Rapids; plus the area right around Costco is already congested, parking is often
very full and traffic patterns are poor at best. The long lines of cars that In N Out brings with it, stringing
up Lost Rapids isn’t something that is appropriate for a neighborhood full of homes with children outside
on their bikes and scooters mingling with the traffic. Would you want an In and Out in your neighborhood
where you and your family live? PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT APPROVE THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
