Homeowner concerned about the proposed In-n-Out.
Our address is 3718 W Vanderbilt Drive, Meridian ID 83646. We’ve lived here since Feb 2018
and back to Kieth Bird Park. We can see cars driving extremely fast past the park coming
and going. There are children playing, riding bikes, elderly people who live in Cadence who
cross W Lost rapids Drive to walk in the park.
We DO NOT WANT IN—N-OUT to be built on 10 mile and W Lost Rapids Drive. The traffic
created by this would double or triple!! Plus they would be open for business until 2AM. The
smell of fried hamburgers and French fries filling the air.
If this were to be built and us, the residents aren’t heard, at least put multiple speed bumps
on W Lost Rapids Drive to prevent speeding that would undoubtedly cause someone to be
hit or killed. Please keep our neighborhood, a nice neighborhood by not allowing In-N-Out to
built there.
